Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. PLEASE NOTE: THE POST OFFICE IS CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS AND SUNDAYS! Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped out during the following week.

We understand that Beauty Bloggers often get free products from small companies in exchange for reviews and promotion. It's fine if you are used to doing that (or if it is your policy). However, this is our policy... and we ask that you just refrain from contacting us.
Of course we wish you the best! We just don't want to deal with the awkward social situation of explaining our policy to someone who will be offended by it.
This is a question we get asked very regularly.
We do not "sponsor" any models or MUAs. Meaning: No, we will not send you free product in exchange for showing off what you can do with it.
We do have times when we do promotional photo shoots and will sometimes ask for models and MUAs to work with us. We will work with professional established Models and MUAs, even in niche markets ("professional" meaning: you are currently signed, you walk for major brands, you work regularly and are published regularly, you have tear sheets and references).
Ideally, we'd like to work with professionals who have a need for products for sensitive skin.
If you have a license and are a professional MUA... we will consider giving you a PRO discount to our store.

These long wearing pigments will withstand a full day of work or school... and will stay with you through a full night out on the town.
As long wearing as Mon Ennui's pigments are, they still easily remove with gentle soap and water. We deliberately balance our formulas to be as high quality as the best brands out there... but, substitute chemicals that age you and irritate your eyes with gentle skin-protecting alternatives.
If stored in a cool dark and dry place and used properly (to avoid contamination) Mon Ennui's pigments will not expire.
Yes, you read that correctly. We formulate our loose pigments to be gentle and to not have an expiration date.
I (Vivi) ALWAYS test products on myself! I am sensitive to many things... and use myself as a guinea pig.
So, if I say "I didn't react to it" it means that it passed MY test - it doesn't mean you are guaranteed to never have a reaction to anything we sell . It just means that it merely passed the "highly allergic girl test".
If any products ever cause you irritation or discomfort... discontinue their use immediately!
